Picking a gift for a support team assoc
Support team associates keep things running from behind a headset or a screen, usually answering the same questions in a dozen different ways while staying patient and friendly. They're the ones who calm down the angry customer, track down the missing order, and somehow remember a hundred account details by lunch. A gift that acknowledges the job lands well: a tee they can wear on a casual Friday, a hoodie for the chilly call center floor or home office, or a mug for the coffee that keeps them going through the morning queue. Type in their name or their team's name on the second line, and the design becomes theirs instead of a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole support team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name printed on their own shirt, which tends to be more appreciated than another round of donuts.
Support Team Assoc gift questions
Can I add a team name or department under the job title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the team, queue or department there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before ordering.
Are there designs for both light and dark shirts?
Yes. The word has designs on both light and dark T-shirts, and on hoodies and mugs, so you can pick the color that suits them best.
Can I order shirts for my whole support team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the support team assoc shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a support team assoc gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
