Gifts from Tornado
Tornado is a word that usually means a place with some history behind it: a town that's rebuilt after a storm, a high school team that picked a name that sounds fast, or a stretch of plains where people keep a close eye on the sky. A shirt with that word is a way to claim the place and its toughness without making a big speech about it. Think about who you're buying for. A native who moved away might love a dark tee for the drive back, a teen in the local school colors might want a hoodie for cold bleachers, and a parent might like a mug for the kitchen where the weather radio sits. Add the town name or the year they moved in on the second line, and the shirt becomes about their particular corner of it. Check the preview to see how the text sits, since longer words can shift the layout.
