Picking a gift for a traffic director
A traffic director is the person with the whistle or the radio who keeps vehicles, pedestrians and deliveries moving through a busy site, and that work is loud, outdoors and often at odd hours. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that handle that life: a sturdy tee for a long shift in the heat, a hoodie for cold early mornings on the road, a mug for the break they only get when traffic allows. What lands best is the detail that shows you know the job. Put Traffic Director on the front and add their company, crew or site on the second line, or the year they started. That turns a generic job shirt into one that belongs to them. If you're shopping for a whole crew, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is an easy way to thank everyone at once.
Traffic Director gift questions

What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to traffic director?
A hoodie or mug with their title and the year they took the role marks the step up and gives them something they'll use every day.
