Picking a gift for a training development manager
A training and development manager is the person who makes everyone else at the company better at their jobs. They run onboarding, plan the workshops nobody asked for but everyone ends up using, track who's ready for the next role, and spend a lot of time in meetings explaining why a three-day course is worth the calendar hit. The gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit proud: something for the long days of building slide decks and facilitator guides, and something that acknowledges the job is more than a title. Add their professional title to a tee or a mug and it becomes something they can wear to the office with a grin. A hoodie works well for the cold conference room that always seems to be set to arctic. If they're moving into the role or just got promoted into it, the shirt or mug also marks the milestone in a way a gift card never does.
Training Development Manager gift questions
Can I shorten the title to fit the design?
Yes. Many people go by training manager or L&D manager on their cards. Type whichever version they use, and the preview will show you how it sits on the product before you order.
Is there a version for kids or babies?
Yes, a few designs come as kids tees and a baby onesie. They're a fun joke gift for a parent who works in training, though the adult tees and hoodies are usually the better fit.
What's a good add-on line for this job?
A company name, a team, or a year they started works well. Some people like a short line about the work itself, like a favorite course they teach, but keep it to what they'd actually wear.
What sizes do the training development manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a training development manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
