Picking a gift for a training director
A training director usually runs the team that makes everyone else good at their jobs, which means they spend a lot of time in planning meetings, reviewing course materials and watching people practice. They're often the one who notices the new hire who's struggling and quietly builds a plan to fix it. A gift that acknowledges that work lands best when it's practical and a little personal. A tee for the days they're running workshops, a hoodie for the early-morning onboarding sessions, or a mug for the coffee that fuels their planning blocks. Add their title or their department on a second line so it's clearly theirs, not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole training team, the Team Shop lets you use one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a good thank-you for a group that spends its days helping others grow.
Training Director gift questions
Can I add a department or company name under the title?
Many designs have a second line for extra text. Type the department, team or a name there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title that fits better?
Yes. Some designs work well with just Training or Director on the main line if the full title feels too long for the shirt.
Can I order shirts for a whole training department?
Yes. Pick one design in the Team Shop, paste the names of everyone on the team, and choose a size for each person.
What sizes do the training director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a training director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
