Gifts from Tynan
Tynan is a small place name, and not many people outside the area will recognize it, so the best gifts for someone from Tynan work through the person rather than the word. A shirt or hoodie with the town name is a way for someone who grew up there to wear home on their chest and start a conversation with another person who knows where it is. If you're not sure how to spell it or what the local usage is, check with the recipient before you order, since the exact form they prefer may matter more to them than any design choice. Many designs have a second line, which you can use for a year they left, a family name, or a nickname the people back home would recognize. Mugs suit the person who moved away and misses the place, and kids tees or onesies work for a family that wants to pass the name down.
Tynan gift questions
Will people outside Tynan know what the design means?
Probably not, and that's often the point. The shirt is for the person who knows the place and the people who ask about it. A second line can add context, like a year or a nickname from home.
Can I add a year or a family name to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a year, a family name, or a nickname there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Is there a way to order for several people from Tynan?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste a list of names, with a size for each person, so every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the tynan shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Tynan gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
