Gifts from West Barnstable
West Barnstable is a village on Cape Cod, part of the town of Barnstable, and people who grew up there tend to hold onto it hard. Some are year-round locals who know the marshes and the back roads, and some are summer families who have come back every August for decades. A West Barnstable shirt speaks to both groups. For the year-round local it's a small badge of the place they never left, and for the summer family it's a way to bring the Cape home with them. A hoodie suits the cool evenings on the water, and a mug suits the morning coffee they drink while planning the next trip back. Adding a year or a family name on the second line turns a village name into something closer to a memory. If you're shopping for someone who moved away from the Cape, the design says where they're from in the first second anyone reads it.
