Gifts for Workforce Management Managers

Picking a gift for a workforce management manager

A workforce management manager is the person who keeps the schedule honest. They forecast call volume, build shifts, chase down coverage when someone calls out, and somehow explain to everyone why the staffing numbers look the way they do. It's a job that mostly goes unnoticed until it's done badly, so a gift that says they're the one who holds it all together tends to land well. A tee or hoodie is something they can wear on the days the floor is busiest, and a mug is the one that gets used every morning during the forecast review. Put the title on it exactly as they say it, or add their team or site name on a second line so it reads as theirs. If you're recognizing a whole workforce team at once, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better way to thank them than a single group lunch. Keep the wording short. The title is long, so a clean layout matters more than adding extra lines.
