Gifts from Yulan
Yulan is a small place name, and I don't know enough about it to say much beyond that, so the best gift here starts with the person rather than the town. Someone who carries a place name with them, whether they grew up there, moved away, or just love it, tends to notice when a gift shows they know where they're from. A tee with the name on it is an easy start, and a hoodie is good for cooler weather when they want to wear their hometown everywhere. An 11 oz mug works well for someone who starts the day with the same routine every morning. You can use the second line of most designs to add a year, a street, or a nickname that only the people who know them would recognize. That small personal touch is what turns a plain city shirt into something they'll actually reach for.
