About this administration coordinator gift
An administration coordinator is the person who knows where everything is. The calendar, the supply closet, the vendor who never answers email, the form that has to be signed before Friday. Most of the time the work goes unnoticed, because when it's done well, nothing goes wrong. That's what makes a gift for them feel good: it says somebody saw the juggling. Keep it useful and a little funny. A mug is a natural, since it lives on a desk that's already covered in sticky notes. A soft tee or hoodie works for the casual Friday that never quite stays casual. Put their name or title on it, or a line that sounds like their week, like Chief Problem Solver or Keeper of the Calendar. If you're shopping for a team or an office, one design with everyone's name on their own shirt makes a good thank-you for the person who holds the place together.
