About this center mgr gift
A center manager usually runs the floor of a store, clinic, rec center or call operation, which means the job is mostly people: scheduling around callouts, smoothing over a bad shift, and being the first call when the register is short or the system is down. They tend to be on their feet, in meetings and on the phone at the same time, and the gifts they keep are the ones that acknowledge that. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly back office, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it stops disappearing from the break room. Make it specific by adding their center's name or the role's full title in the second line, the way coworkers would say it. If you're gathering a card-and-gift from a whole team, one design with everyone's name on their own shirt beats another round of cake in the break room.
