About this collator gift
A collator works in print shops, bindery departments and mailing houses, putting pages into order so a manual, catalog or report reads the way it was meant to. It's detail work done standing at a machine for hours, and the people who do it tend to take pride in the kind of job nobody notices unless it's wrong. A gift that acknowledges that lands well. Add their job title or their shop's second line where a design allows it, so the shirt says collator and not just something generic about printing. A hoodie suits the cold loading dock or the early shift, and a mug suits the break room coffee that gets them through the afternoon run. Since collating is so specialized, a short note about why you picked the design will mean more to them than any slogan on the front.
