About this grounds maintenance worker gift
Grounds maintenance workers are out before most people are awake, mowing, edging, blowing leaves off walkways and hauling mulch in every kind of weather. They spend long days on equipment, often in heat or cold, and the work is easy to take for granted until the lawn looks wrong. A gift that acknowledges the job itself tends to land well. A soft tee for weekend yard projects, a hoodie for the early-morning start when the air is still chilly, or a mug for the truck cab so the coffee stays hot through the first job of the day. You can make it theirs by typing the job title or the name of their crew or company into the second line, the way they'd introduce themselves. Many designs have room for a name, so the shirt or mug can carry the person's own name as well as what they do.
