About this occupational therapy assistant gift
Occupational therapy assistants spend their days helping people relearn the ordinary things, like buttoning a shirt, holding a spoon or getting back to work after an injury. They usually work under an OT's direction, which means a lot of hands-on sessions, patient notes and a schedule that changes by the hour. A gift that acknowledges that work lands best when it's practical and a little bit theirs. A soft tee for a long clinic day, a hoodie for the drive in before sunrise, or a mug for the break room where the coffee goes cold. Add their name or the setting they work in, such as pediatrics, skilled nursing or outpatient rehab, and the design starts to reflect the actual job rather than a generic profession. If you're buying for a whole team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is an easy way to say thanks.
