About this player services representative gift
A player services representative is usually the person who picks up when a player has a problem, a question or a complaint, often on a long shift with a headset on. They handle account issues, refunds, support tickets and the occasional frustrated gamer, and most of that work happens without anyone thanking them. A gift that shows you noticed the job lands well. A soft tee for a shift they can wear to the office, a hoodie for the chilly floor or home office, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee that keeps them going through the queue. Add their title exactly as it appears at work, and maybe a second line with their team or the year they started, so it stops being a generic job shirt and becomes theirs. The shirt is a small way of saying their work on the other end of the line matters.
