About this supervisor test gift
A supervisor is the person who gets pulled into every problem on the floor, covers the schedule when someone calls out, and still has their own deadlines to hit. They know the team's names, the workarounds that actually work, and which shift runs hardest. A gift that acknowledges that load lands well. A shirt they can wear on a casual Friday, a hoodie for the cold early shifts, or a mug that sits on their desk through the morning stand-up will all get used. Adding the word supervisor on the front, plus a team or department name on the second line, makes it feel earned rather than generic. If you're buying for a whole team that reports to them, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, a nice way to say thanks without another round of cake in the break room.
