About this tool room manager gift
A tool room manager keeps the crib sheets, the checkout log and the cage of drills, saws and calipers running for a whole shop, usually without much credit for it. They know where every part of the equipment lives and who signed out what last Tuesday. A gift that says tool room manager tells them someone noticed the work that makes everything else possible. Shirts and hoodies suit the shop floor, where a dark tee holds up to grease and dust far better than a light one. A mug fits the bench or the office corner where they do the inventory counts and the paperwork. Add their name, their shop or department, or the year they took the role on the second line, and the design stops being a job title and becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole tool crib team, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
