About this vp customer gift
A VP of Customer usually owns the moment a customer's problem gets solved, which means they're juggling renewals, escalations, churn numbers and a team that answers to them on the worst days of the quarter. They tend to be the calmest person in the room when a big account is angry, and they're often the one who spent the weekend on a call with a client nobody else wanted to take. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well: a tee for the commute, a hoodie for the late-night reviews, or a mug for the desk where the difficult calls get made. Put their title on it, or use just the word Customer for a shorter line. If you're buying for their whole support or success team as a thank-you, the Team Shop lets you order one design and paste each person's name so everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it.
