About this unit supervisor gift
A unit supervisor is the person who keeps a team running day to day: assigning shifts, handling the hard calls, and catching the problems before they reach upper management. They're often the first to arrive and the last to leave, and their workday is a mix of paperwork, floor walks and people problems. A gift that acknowledges that role lands well. Put the word on a tee or hoodie they can wear on the weekend, or on a mug for the office, where the coffee is usually the only thing that's theirs. Add their unit, department or shift in the second line so it reads as their job and not a generic office joke. If you're thanking a whole supervisory team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to be more appreciated than another round of donuts.
