About this actuarial intern gift
An actuarial intern lives in two worlds at once: a desk full of spreadsheets and a calendar full of exam dates. They're learning to price risk for a living, usually while studying for the first of the professional exams on their own time, and they talk about passing Exam P or FM the way other people talk about a big game. A gift for them works best when it nods to that grind without making a joke at their expense. A soft tee for casual Friday or the commute, a hoodie for the over-air-conditioned office and the late study sessions, a mug that holds up through a long afternoon of Excel. Put their name on it, or a line that only the people in their cohort will get. If you're buying for a whole intern class, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name, which beats another round of branded swag. A summer-end send-off or a full-time offer is the natural moment to give it.
