About this beaux arts gift
Beaux Arts is a place name with a history that's easy to lose track of. It's a small city in the Seattle area and it's also the name of an architectural style that came out of the Paris school of art and design in the late 1800s, all columns, carved stone and grand entrances. Someone who lives in or grew up in Beaux Arts probably knows that the town is tiny and quiet, and that a shirt with its name on it is something most people will have to ask about. That makes it a good gift for someone who likes a conversation starter. A tee or hoodie with the name works well for a local who has been away and misses home, or for a design fan who loves the look of that era. Pick the product that fits how they dress, and if you want something more personal, use the second line for a street, a year they moved in, or the name of their building.
