About this child care aide gift
A child care aide spends the day on the floor with toddlers, wiping hands, reading the same board book for the fortieth time, and keeping a room of little ones fed, rested and reasonably safe. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that work. A soft tee they can wear to the center, a hoodie for the chilly mornings when the heat hasn't kicked on yet, or a mug for the break they barely get to take. Put their name on it, or the title they go by at work, and it stops being a generic job shirt and becomes theirs. Many aides also have a second line worth printing, such as the age group they work with, the center they're at, or the year they started. If you're shopping for a whole classroom or center team, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste the names, so every aide gets a shirt in their own size.
