About this claverack gift
Claverack is a small town in Columbia County, in the Hudson Valley of New York, and the people who grew up there tend to hold onto it. A shirt with the town name is how they claim it at a reunion, on a trip back for the holidays, or in a city where nobody has heard of it. Because it's a small place, a design that says Claverack and the year they were born, or the school they went to, reads as an inside joke that only the right people will get. Hoodies suit the cold months the valley is known for, and a mug is the easy everyday reminder for someone who moved away. Many designs have a second line, so you can put a name or a year under the town and check the spacing in the live preview before you order.
