About this csr gift
A CSR is usually the person who keeps a business's customers happy when something has gone wrong, which means a lot of patience, quick thinking, and calm voices at the end of a phone line or a chat window. Customer service reps handle the same frustrated questions all day and still have to sound friendly. The gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge that work: something comfortable for the long shift, a mug for the coffee that's been reheated three times, a hoodie for the chilly office or home setup. Add the initials CSR with their team or a year, or put their name on it so it's clearly theirs. If you're buying for a whole support team, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to mean more than a generic thank-you card.
