About this director home gift
A director of home care or a home health director usually runs a team of aides, nurses and schedulers from an office, but their real work happens in other people's living rooms and kitchens, keeping a patient safe and a family sane. They spend long days on phone calls, staffing gaps and paperwork, then drive out to check on a client who's having a hard week. A gift that acknowledges that mix of office and field works best: something comfortable for the long drive between visits, and something that marks their title on a desk. Put director home on the front and add their agency or department on the second line if you know it. Keep the design simple and useful, since they'll wear it on the days they're covering a shift and reach for the mug in the middle of a budget meeting. If you're buying for the whole team, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another round of cookies in the break room.
