About this insulation installer gift
Insulation installers spend their days in attics, crawl spaces and wall cavities, often in hot or cramped conditions, and they usually come home with itchy skin and a sore back. A gift for someone in that line of work should acknowledge the job itself. A tee they can wear to the job site, a hoodie for the cold early-morning starts, or a mug for the truck cab all fit the routine. Adding their company name or their crew, or the trade they came up through, makes the shirt theirs instead of a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name gives everyone a shirt they'll actually wear on the job, and it's a nice way to say you noticed how hard they work.
