About this lachine gift
Lachine is a city on the island of Montreal, on the shore of Lac Saint-Louis, and people who grew up there often keep a strong sense of it wherever they move. A Lachine shirt suits someone who still says they're from Lachine when they're really from the other side of the island, or who spends summers by the lake. Because the name is local and specific, it works best as a gift from someone who knows the place or who wants to honor where the recipient is from. Add a second line with a street, a school year, or a nickname the family uses for the town, and the design starts to feel like theirs. A hoodie fits the cooler months by the water, a mug fits the morning commute, and a tee fits the summer weekends at the lake. For a child, a kids tee or onesie with the town name gives family something to smile about at every visit.
