About this mine run gift
Mine Run is a small place name, and most shoppers buying for someone from here are buying for a person who knows exactly how small it is. A shirt with the name on it is the kind of thing that gets worn to the hardware store and to the county fair, and it tells people where you're from before you say a word. The people who would love it are the ones who grew up with the name on the sign and carry it with them when they move away. Think about whether they're proud of the town, homesick for it, or just kind of amused that it has such an odd name. A hoodie suits the cold months, a dark tee works for a casual weekend, and a mug gives the homesick transplant a daily reminder. Put the place name on the main line, and use the second line for a street, a year they moved, or a nickname the family uses for it.
