About this new douglas gift
New Douglas is a small place, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. Whether they're still in town or have moved off to a city job or a college campus, a shirt with the town name is how they say where they're from without a long explanation. It's the kind of gift that gets worn to the local game, the family reunion, or the first trip back after a long stretch away. Because the town is small, a shirt with the name on it feels personal in a way a bigger city tee might not. If you know a detail that belongs only to them, like a graduation year, a street, or a family name, add it on the second line so the shirt reads as theirs. A hoodie works well for cold-weather visits home, and a mug is a good pick for the transplant who misses the place.
