About this organ gift
Organists spend their weeks in churches, concert halls and practice rooms, often on benches that were built before they were born, and the gift that lands with them is usually something that acknowledges the instrument rather than just the hobby. Many organists play for a congregation every Sunday, others teach, and some have spent years on a single great pipe organ in a town hall or university chapel. A shirt or hoodie with the word organ is a good start, and a second line gives it a point of view: a church name, a city, or a role like church organist or music director. Organists also tend to be practical about what they wear to rehearsal and recital, so a soft dark tee or a warm hoodie for a cold sanctuary gets used. A mug is useful for the long afternoon of registration and score study. Put their name or their parish on it and it becomes theirs.
All organ gifts →- A tee for the loft or the benchA dark organ tee with their church or school on the second line works for practice days and Sunday service alike.
- A warm hoodie for the cold sanctuaryChurches and concert halls can be chilly, so a hoodie with their name or role keeps them comfortable during long rehearsals.
- A mug for score studyAn 11 oz organ mug with their name is the one they'll reach for during long afternoons with a hymnal and a registration chart.
- A kids tee for a young playerIf they're teaching a student or their own child is starting lessons, a kids organ tee is a fun way to celebrate the first recital.
