About this ostomy nurse gift
Ostomy nurses work with patients after surgery to create a stoma, and they spend a lot of their days teaching people how to live with a new way of managing their bodies. It's careful, hands-on work that takes patience, and it's often the kind of job coworkers don't fully understand until they've seen it up close. A gift that names the role says you noticed. A tee or hoodie with ostomy nurse on it makes a comfortable piece to wear to clinic, on a day off or for the drive home after a long stretch of teaching appointments. A mug is a small everyday thank-you for the early-morning charting and the coffee that gets cold between patients. For someone who's been in the field a while or just finished their certification, a personal line on the design, like their name or their credential, turns a generic nursing shirt into one that's clearly theirs. Shopping for a whole wound and ostomy team? Use the Team Shop to put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name.
