About this poquoson gift
Poquoson is a small waterfront city on the Chesapeake Bay side of the Virginia Peninsula, and the people who live there tend to be proud of how close they are to the water. Crabbing, marsh walks and watching the tide come in are part of everyday life for a lot of folks, and a Poquoson shirt is how they tell visitors where they're from. It's also a place people leave for school or work and then come back to, so a shirt or mug with the city name feels like home to someone who's been away. For a gift, the strongest choice is often the one that fits how they live: a tee for a day on the water, a hoodie for cool evenings by the bay, a mug for the morning coffee routine. Kids and babies born there make good recipients too, since a onesie with the city name is an early start on a local identity. Add a second line for a neighborhood, a school or a year to make it specific to them.
