About this portfolio lead gift
A portfolio lead is the person who decides which projects get funding, which ones get cut, and who answers the hard questions in the quarterly review. They usually juggle several teams at once, sit in more meetings than they'd like, and still carry the responsibility when a launch slips. The gifts that land for them are the ones that acknowledge that load with a bit of humor and pride. A tee or hoodie with their title on it tells coworkers exactly who runs the show, and a mug on the desk gives them something to hold through the long planning cycles. To make it theirs, add a second line for a team name, a program, or the year they took over the portfolio. That turns a generic job title into a gift that speaks to the work they actually do.
