About this project management internship gift
A project management intern is usually juggling a lot at once: sitting in on status meetings, keeping the tracker current, chasing down sign-offs, and trying to figure out which of the many acronyms people throw around actually matter. It's a stretch where small wins count, like the first time someone asks them to run a standup or the first time a timeline they built holds up. A gift for them should acknowledge that they're still learning the job and that they're already doing real work. A tee or hoodie with the internship title on it gives them something to wear on the first day back in the office or to the team's end-of-internship lunch. A mug works well for the early mornings when the calendar is already full. Put the internship title and the company's first-name team line on the design, or the year they started, and it becomes a record of where they began. Many people keep these pieces long after the internship ends.
