About this qa director gift
A QA director usually sits between the engineers who build the product and the people who have to live with it when it ships. They run test strategy, decide what counts as ready, and get pulled into a release meeting every time a bug slips through. Their days are full of tickets, dashboards and the occasional tense conversation about a launch date. A gift that makes them smile tends to be something they can wear to a team offsite or keep on the desk during a long regression cycle. Put their title on it, and if they lead a specific team, add that. A hoodie is good for the cold office or a weekend hike. A mug with QA Director on it is the kind of thing that ends up on a shelf in every meeting room where they've been. Since these roles often come with a team behind them, the Team Shop is an easy way to give the whole group matching shirts with each person's name.
