About this quality internship gift
Someone doing a quality internship is usually learning to check work before it leaves the building: reading inspection reports, sitting in on audits, tracing a defect back to the line where it started. The hours are long and the feedback is often blunt, so the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that feel like a small win. A soft tee for the first week back in the lab, a hoodie for the cold mornings on the plant floor, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off into the shared kitchen. Add the word internship next to quality on the shirt, or put the company's department or the year underneath, and the gift starts to mark the stretch of learning they're in. If you're buying for a whole cohort of interns, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a better send-off than a single group card.
