About this registered nurse internship gift
A registered nurse intern is in that strange first year where they're learning to do the job while already doing it, usually on long shifts with a preceptor watching over their shoulder. They've probably traded sleep, weekends and a few social plans for this, so a gift that marks the milestone matters. A tee or hoodie with their internship title on it tells them someone noticed the work. Add the year they started, the unit they're training on, or the name of the hospital they're learning at, and it becomes theirs. The internship part is worth keeping in the design, because it's a stage they'll be proud to look back on once they're a full nurse. Many interns also keep a mug at the nurses' station, so a personalized one gets used every shift.
