About this rego park gift
Rego Park is a Queens neighborhood with a lot of people who grew up there, moved away and still call it home. A Rego Park shirt is how someone wears that pride to a Mets game, a family dinner or a trip back to the old block. Because the name is specific, it works best for someone who knows the neighborhood well: the one who still gets their bagels from the same place, or the one who keeps mentioning the Queens Center Mall. A Rego Park hoodie suits a cold walk to the train, and a mug with the name is a daily reminder for the person who moved to a different borough or another state. If you're shopping for someone who has left, adding a second line with the year they moved or the street they grew up on turns a place name into a personal story.
