About this resolution manager gift
A resolution manager is the person who sorts out the mess when a dispute, a complaint or a tangled contract finally reaches the point where talking it through is the only option left. They spend their days in calls and meetings, often between people who would rather not be in the same room, so a lot of their work happens quietly and gets little credit. A gift that says what they do tends to land well, because it shows you noticed the job itself. Start with a tee or hoodie they can wear on a casual Friday, or an 11 oz mug for the desk where they draft the difficult emails. Add a second line with their team, their firm or the year they started, and the shirt stops being generic. If you're buying for a whole group of mediators or case managers, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name printed on their own.
