About this resource coord gift
A resource coordinator is the person who makes sure everyone else has what they need: the caseworker who finds the right housing program at four on a Friday, the case manager who tracks down a bus pass, the one who knows which agency actually answers the phone. It's a job that runs on spreadsheets, referral lists and a lot of patient follow-up, and the wins are often invisible to anyone outside the office. A gift that says resource coordinator tells them you noticed. A tee or hoodie is good for the drive in and the cold intake room, and a mug suits the desk where the phone never stops ringing. Add their name, or their agency's program line in the second line if they'd like, and it becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to say thanks to everyone who keeps the referrals moving.
