About this mastic gift
Mastic is a hamlet on Long Island's South Shore, and people who grew up there tend to say so right away, even if they've moved on. A shirt with Mastic on it works for the local who still gets back for the summer, the family that's been on the same block for decades, or the former resident who misses the nearby beaches and the drive out to the water. Because the name is smaller than a city, most shoppers who know it already have a feeling about it, and a design that uses the word plainly tends to land better than a busy one. For the person who moved away, an 11 oz mug is a daily reminder of home. For a kid who's growing up there now, a kids tee or baby onesie starts a local story early. Type the word in and check the preview to see how it sits on each product.
