About this altura gift
Altura is a small town, and I don't know much about it beyond the name, so I'd rather not guess at its history or landmarks. What I can say is that a place name on a shirt or mug tends to mean the most to someone who has actually lived there, moved away, or is proud of a small community most people have never heard of. For a homesick former resident, a shirt with the town name is an easy way to say where they're from without a long explanation. For someone who grew up somewhere small, the name carries memories of home that no bigger city can match. If you know a detail that matters to them, such as a school, a street, or a year they moved, add it on the second line. Pair the town name with a year or a family name and the design starts to feel like theirs rather than a generic place tee.
