About this big otter gift
Big Otter is a small place, and the people who call it home tend to hold on to it hard. A shirt with the town name is how they say so at the county fair, at a reunion, or on a road trip where somebody asks where they're from. If the place is small enough that the name draws a blank elsewhere, that's part of the appeal: the shirt starts the conversation they've been waiting for. For someone who grew up there and left, a mug in the morning is a steady reminder of home. For someone who still lives there, a hoodie for the cold months says they're staying put. You can add a second line for a year, a street, a school or a nickname, so the shirt reads like it was made for them and not for the next visitor.
