About this dravosburg gift
Dravosburg is a small borough in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, along the Monongahela River south of Pittsburgh. People who grew up there, or who moved away and still call it home, tend to hold on to the name tightly, and a shirt with the town on it is a simple way to say so. A small place has its own shorthand, the streets, the church, the high school, and a shirt that adds one of those details next to the town name will mean far more to someone from there than a generic souvenir. The same goes for the family who stayed and the one who left: a hoodie for the first winter in a new city, or a mug for the kitchen back home, keeps the connection close. Put the name on a light or dark tee, or on a kids or baby design for a family with roots there, and let the second line carry the personal part, a graduating class, a street, or a family name.
