About this events coordinator gift
Events coordinators spend their days juggling vendor calls, floor plans, last-minute headcount changes and the one guest who swears they RSVP'd. The gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge how much of the job happens on their feet and in a hurry. A soft tee for a long load-in, a hoodie for the chilly venue hallway at six in the morning, or a mug for the office where the coffee is always the first thing to go. Putting their title on it shows you understand what they do, and adding a line for their company, a signature event or the year they started makes it personal. Coordinators are often the calmest person in a room full of chaos, so a shirt that says so usually gets a laugh and a lot of wear.
