About this general worker gift
A general worker is the person who keeps a site running: they unload the truck, sweep the floor, move the pallets and fill in wherever the crew is short. The job is physical and often unnoticed, which means a gift that says the work matters tends to land well. Think about the setting they spend most of their day in, whether that's a warehouse, a job site, a plant or a shop. A sturdy tee or hoodie gets worn through the week and to the job, while a mug is the one thing on the break table that's clearly theirs. To make it personal, put their name on it, or the job title they actually carry, and add the crew, shift or company nickname if the team uses one. A shirt that says general worker with their first name underneath feels like recognition rather than a generic work gift.
All general worker gifts →- A tee for the job siteChoose a light or dark T-shirt with their name or crew nickname under the job title, for days in the heat and the trip home after a long shift.
- A hoodie for the early shiftMornings on a loading dock or job site are cold, so a hoodie with their name gets worn before the sun comes up.
- A mug for the break roomAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps the coffee from walking off during a long run of deliveries.
- Matching shirts for the crewPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the crew's names. Each person gets their own shirt in their own size.
