About this manager internship gift
An intern in a manager role is usually juggling a lot at once: learning the team's tools, sitting in on meetings they're not quite sure they're supposed to speak in, and trying to show they can take on more than they've been asked to. A gift that acknowledges that stretch lands well. A soft tee they can wear on a casual Friday, a hoodie for early mornings in a cold office, or a mug for the first cup of coffee before a stand-up. What makes it feel personal is the wording. Type in manager intern and add their department, team or the company's first name if you know it. Some designs have a second line for a year or a cohort, which is handy if they're finishing a summer program or a semester-long placement. The gift says you noticed the work they're doing, not just the title on their badge.
