About this manager site gift
A site manager is the person who keeps a job running on the ground: they're up before the crew, walking the lot, signing off on deliveries, and fielding calls when something goes sideways. Most days they're in boots and a hard hat, and a lot of the time they're the first one on and the last one off. A gift that fits that life is practical and a little rugged. A dark tee or hoodie holds up to dust and coffee spills, and a mug on the trailer desk gets used every morning. The detail that makes it theirs is the wording. Put their name on it, or add the job title or the company's site name on the second line. Those are the details the crew will notice and the reason the shirt gets worn to the next job. Nothing about the design needs to be fancy for it to land.
All manager site gifts →- A dark tee for the job siteDark tees hide dust and grease better than light ones, so this is the everyday shirt for the trailer and the walkthrough.
- A hoodie for early startsSite mornings are cold until the sun is up, and a hoodie with their title on it is the layer they'll reach for first.
- A mug for the trailer deskAn 11 oz mug with their name is the one that stays on the desk, not in the break room.
- Matching shirts for the whole crewPick one design in the Team Shop, paste the crew's names, and everyone gets their own size with their own name on it.
