About this pmp gift
PMP is the credential a project manager earns after proving they can run work through the whole lifecycle, from scoping and budgeting through risk, stakeholders and delivery. The people who hold it usually spend their days juggling schedules, managing scope creep and translating between engineers and executives, so a gift that acknowledges that grind tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with PMP on it is a nod to the exam they studied for, often for months on evenings and weekends. Adding their job title or a year, the year they passed, makes it specifically theirs rather than a generic office shirt. A mug is a good pick for the desk, where most project managers do their real thinking over coffee. If you're buying for a whole project team that got certified together, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
