About this sourcing assistant gift
A sourcing assistant spends the day finding suppliers, chasing quotes and making sure the right parts show up at the right dock, usually while three other people are asking for updates. The people in this role tend to be organized, a little relentless and good at keeping a spreadsheet and a supplier relationship alive at the same time. A gift that acknowledges the job lands better than a generic office item. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is easy to wear on casual days, and a mug with their name on it claims the coffee station they're always refilling. If you want it to feel personal, add their name on the second line, or a line that fits their team or company type, such as procurement or operations. Keep the wording plain and accurate to their actual title, since sourcing titles vary a lot from one employer to the next.
